Quick Processing of Orders
- Shipment on same day Orders validated before 10:00 am on weekdays (excluding holidays and Wednesdays) are shipped the same day.
- Weekend orders Orders placed on weekends, on Wednesdays or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
- Availability of products : All items indicated "in stock" are actually available in our warehouse. For "SUR ORDER" items, a clear red and bold statement appears in the product description, just above and below the "Add to Cart" button.
Delivery Options
- Free delivery in Europe :We offer free delivery anywhere in Europe via Mondial Relay, with 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.
- Delivery worldwide : If you are outside Europe, we also deliver internationally. If you find it difficult to order because your country is not taken into account on our site, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can configure your country and allow you to order.
- Colissimo or Chronopost : : For faster deliveries, you can opt for these additional services.
Discretion is paramount to us. We have therefore put in place measures to guarantee the anonymity of your shipments:
- Neutral packaging :Your orders are shipped in cartons or bags without any mention of Transboutik.
- Name of sender :On the package, the sender will simply be indicated under the name "Boutik", ensuring total discretion.
- Data protection Your personal information is fully protected and will never be disclosed to third parties. You will never receive unsolicited advertisements by mail.
Follow-up to Packages
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email tracking number. We recommend that you check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the message in order to track your package in real time.
