Terms of Return for Eligible Products

Eligibility of products

Only unwrapped, folded binders in their original packaging and accompanied by all their accessories are eligible for return. They must have no evidence of wear, smell, stain or washing. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products opened for reasons of hygiene, such as cosmetics, sex toys, penile prostheses, etc.

Time limit for requesting return

The request for return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please submit your request via our e-mail address or by using our contact form.

Return form

Think of printing and joining the return form to your shipment.

Return costs

The return fee shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

Returned Product Expedition Time

Once your return request is accepted by our customer service, you must ship the product to Transboutik within fourteen (14) days.

After validation of your return, we will process your exchange request or issue a purchase voucher equivalent to the amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs). Treatment may take a few days depending on product availability and validation of return.

Upon receipt of your return, we will check the status of the returned item. He must not present no trace of wear, smell, task or have been washed. A percentage could be deducted if the article does not meet these criteria. You will receive an e-mail notification under 3 working days, confirming the good reception of the article.

Right of refusal

Transboutik reserves the right to refuse any return which does not comply with the hygiene conditions or eligibility criteria mentioned. Any return or claim that does not comply with the established rules and time limits will not be taken into account, thus leaving Transboutik any responsibility.
